Tender Summary

Scope of Work

The selected training partner shall:

1. Condu ct 240 hours of structured classroom and physical training.
2. Organize two training batches comprising 30 trainees each.
3. Provide 30-day residential training including accommodation and meals.
4. Arrange qualified physical instructors and subject experts.
5. Deliver coaching for:
   1. General Knowledge
   2. Mathematics
   3. English
   4. Science
   5. Computer Awareness
6. Conduct physical fitness sessions for Army/Police recruitment.
7. Maintain attendance, trainee records and documentation.
8. Supply study materials, stationery and training kits.
9. Maintain photographs, feedback and activity records.
10. Coordinate with the Employment Office for daily monitoring.
11. Ensure quali ty implementation of the approved training schedule.

The residential programme also requires boarding, lodging and nutritious meals throughout the training period.

Pre-Qualification Criteria

The bidder should:

1. Have experience in similar training services.
2. Have qualified trainers and subject experts.
3. Possess suitable residential infrastructure.
4. Be capable of conducting physical and classroom training.
5. Submit all documents required under the Additional Terms & Conditions (ATC).

Eligibility Criteria

Eligible bidders should:

1. Be legally registered organizations/service providers.
2. Have prior experience in similar services.
3. Meet the prescribed turnover criteria.
4. Upload documentary evidence supporting eligibility.
5. Upload exemption certificates wherever applicable.

MSEs and DPIIT-recognised Startups are eligible for relaxation in experience criteria subject to GeM rules.

Gujarat DET Invites GeM Bids for Army Agniveer Competitive Test Preparation Training in Aravalli District

The Directorate of Employment & Training (DET), Labour and Employment Department, Government of Gujarat, has released a new tender through the Government e-Marketplace (GeM) inviting experienced training organizations to conduct Competitive Test Preparation Services for Army Agniveer aspirants in Aravalli District.

The programme aims to strengthen the employability of youth by providing structured residential coaching for recruitment into the Indian Army, Para Military Forces, Police and Security Services. The selected agency will conduct a comprehensive one-month residential training programme combining classroom coaching with intensive physical fitness preparation.

As per the bid document, the selected organization will provide approximately 240 hours of training, residential accommodation, meals, study material, physical fitness sessions, qualified instructors and complete trainee management. The programme is expected to enhance candidates' readiness for written examinations and physical recruitment tests.

Interested organizations must possess relevant experience in conducting similar training programmes and should have a minimum average annual turnover of ₹14 lakh over the last three financial years. The estimated project value is ₹7.16 lakh, while bidders are required to submit an Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹21,500 unless exempt under applicable GeM provisions.

The bid has been published on 30 July 2026, with online submissions closing on 14 August 2026 at 4:00 PM. Technical opening is scheduled for 14 August 2026 at 4:30 PM.

Training providers, coaching institutions, NGOs, educational organizations and skill development agencies with relevant experience are encouraged to review the complete bid document and participate before the deadline.
