Scope of Work

The selected bidder will be responsible for providing catering and food supply services across Harda Forest Division whenever required by the department.

Major responsibilities include:

1. Supply of Standard Meal Plates.
2. Supply of Special Meal Plates.
3. Breakfast arrangements.
4. Fresh and hygienic food preparation.
5. Tea and refreshments.
6. Transportation and delivery at designated locations.
7. Arrangement of utensils, serving equipment and catering manpower.
8. Supply of RO chilled drinking water.
9. Compliance with quality specifications prescribed by the Forest Department.
10. Food preparation and service during departmental meetings, inspections, field programmes and official events.
11. Timely delivery within prescribed timelines after receiving work orders.
12. Replacement/quality guarantee wherever applicable.

The menu includes standard meals, special meals and breakfast combinations containing vegetables, dal, rice, roti/puri, sweets, salads, tea and snacks as specified in the tender document.

Eligibility Criteria

The bidder should:

1. Be legally registered.
2. Possess valid GST Registration.
3. Possess PAN.
4. Have experience in providing catering services.
5. Be capable of supplying food throughout the Harda Forest Division.
6. Accept all contractual conditions of the Forest Department.
7. Maintain valid communication facilities including email and WhatsApp.
8. Not be blacklisted by any Government Department.

Pre-Qualification Criteria

As per Annexure-4, bidders must have successfully executed similar works in Government Departments, PSUs or Public Sector Organisations.

The bidder should satisfy any one of the following:

1. Three similar works each costing at least 20% of the estimated tender value during the last three financial years.

OR

1. Two similar works each costing at least 30% of the estimated tender value.

OR

1. One similar work costing at least 50% of the estimated tender value.

OR

1. One similar Forest Department work executed during the last three financial years with value not less than 30% of the estimated tender value.

Average annual turnover during the last three financial years should not be less than the estimated value of the tender.

Financial Criteria

1. Average Annual Turnover:
   1. Minimum equal to estimated tender value.
2. Estimated Tender Value:
   1. ₹3,50,000.
3. Security Deposit (Performance Security):
   1. ₹10,000.
4. EMD:
   1. ₹10,000.
5. Tender Fee:
   1. ₹500 plus portal processing charges.

MP Forest Department Releases Catering Services Tender for Harda Forest Division

The Madhya Pradesh Forest Department has released an e-Tender inviting experienced catering service providers to participate in the procurement process for food and catering arrangements in the Harda Forest Division for the financial year 2026-27. The tender has been issued by the Office of the Divisional Forest Officer, Harda (Production), under the State Government procurement framework.

The successful bidder will provide breakfast, standard meal plates and special meal arrangements for departmental meetings, inspections, field programmes and official events across various locations within the division.
