   1. Prepare the Vulnerability and Hazard Classification Report in accordance with the Vulnerability and Hazard Classification of Dams Regulations, 2024.
4. Regulatory Review and Approvals
   1. Prepare replies/comments to observations from competent authorities, including SDSO/CWC/NDSA, as applicable.
   2. Support UJVN in presentations before the competent dam-safety authority/committee where required.
5. Training
   1. Conduct a one-day training programme for dam officials and engineers.
   2. Training is to cover dam-break analysis, flood inundation maps, breach scenarios and the EAP.
6. Data and Digital Deliverables
   1. Provide reports, data and remote-sensing images in soft and hard formats.
   2. Submit GIS files, modelling files and relevant model setup/analysis files in editable/native formats.
7. Site Visits and Stakeholder Consultation
   1. Minimum three site visits are required at different stages, including inception, draft-report and final-validation stages.
   2. Stakeholder consultation may involve district administration, disaster management authorities, police, irrigation/revenue authorities and local bodies.

2. Professional / Technical Qualification Criteria
