 Scope of Work
The selected NGOs will implement projects under the following thematic interventions:
1. Women Livelihood (Transport Sector)
  1. Training women in two-wheeler/three-wheeler driving
  2. Digital literacy and mobility platform onboarding
  3. Financial linkages (licenses, vehicle ownership, insurance)
  4. Market linkage with ride-hailing platforms
  5. Peer support and mentorship ecosystem
  6. Monitoring income and performance
2. Support for Women in Commercial Sex Work
  1. Health camps (HIV, STI/RTI, mental health)
  2. Social security & identity linkage
  3. Education support for at-risk adolescents
  4. Shelter homes for children
  5. Community support groups and advocacy networks
 Project Locations include major cities such as Mumbai, Chennai, Kolkata, Hyderabad, and selected states like West Bengal, Odisha, Gujarat, etc.
Pre-Qualification Criteria
  1. Must be a registered NGO (Trust/Society/Section 8 Company)
  2. Minimum 3 years of registration and operational experience
  3. Proven experience in:
    1. Women livelihood OR
    2. Working with women in vulnerable conditions
  4. Must not be blacklisted by any government authority
  5. Must maintain a track record of project monitoring and reporting
  6. Minimum:
    1. 3 board members
    2. 5 permanent employees
Eligibility Criteria
  1. Only non-profit organizations registered in India are eligible
  2. Must submit only one proposal
  3. Must comply with all RFP conditions and documentation requirements
  4. Proposals must align with SBIF Sashakti framework
  5. Organizations must demonstrate impact-oriented project capability
 Financial Criteria
  1. Project Budget Range: ₹1 Crore to ₹4 Crore
  2. Duration: 1 to 3 years
Revenue Requirement:
  1. For projects < ₹1 Cr → Minimum ₹2 Cr cumulative revenue (last 3 years)
  2. For projects > ₹1 Cr → Minimum ₹5 Cr cumulative revenue (last 3 years)
