1. Must be a registered legal entity (Company/Trust/Society/Association/PSU)
2. Valid PAN and GST registration
3. Not blacklisted by any government authority
4. Minimum infrastructure and at least 5 qualified trainers

1. Minimum 60 marks out of 100 required in technical evaluation
2. Experience in construction skill training projects
3. Presence in Gujarat preferred

1. Training Cost: Up to ₹50,000 per trainee (Max ₹1,00,000)
2. Payment Milestones:
   1. 30% on batch start
   2. 30% at 50% completion
   3. 40% after certification
3. Performance Guarantee: 5% of total training cost
