Scope of Work

The tender invites manpower outsourcing agencies to supply personnel for a three-year contract covering Training Officers, Librarians, Computer Operators, Attendants and Security Guards. Professional Qualification and Eligibility Criteria

Bidders must be registered firms, companies, partnerships, LLPs or proprietorships and have at least three years of experience in similar manpower services for government departments, PSUs or eligible organisations. The agency must possess valid PAN, a bank account in its name, GST registration, labour registration, EPF and ESIC registrations, and the required ISO certifications. A valid employment portal registration is also required under the custom bid conditions.

The tender requires evidence of successfully completed similar services: three orders of at least 40% of estimated cost each, two orders of at least 50% each, or one order of at least 80% of estimated cost.

Tender Fee and EMD
