Scope of Work

NTPC invites eligible, shortlisted service providers for 5S training, surveillance audits and re-certification of Simhadri Station, Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh. The assignment includes reviewing all 20 operational zones, conducting pre-certification and final certification audits, issuing audit observations for compliance, and carrying out periodic surveillance audits and training.

Surveillance audits are scheduled every six months, with two auditors per visit. Re-certification is valid for three years. Travel expenses are reimbursable against supporting documents, subject to a maximum of ₹16,200 per trip per person and approval by the Engineer-in-Charge. The contract may be extended by up to three months under the specified conditions.

Eligibility and Professional Qualifications

Participation is restricted to vendors shortlisted and approved by NTPC under its procurement policy. Non-shortlisted bidders will not be considered. Bidders must comply with the tender conditions, NTPC policies and applicable restrictions on procurement from countries sharing a land border with India. The bidder must not be under any NTPC ban, suspension or declaration of ineligibility.

Submission Guidelines

Bids must be submitted online through the GeM portal using the prescribed two-packet bidding process. Submit all required technical and commercial documents, quote the total package price inclusive of GST, and complete the required declarations. Bids involving matching IP addresses with another bidder or the buyer may be rejected under the tender conditions.
