Pre-Qualification Criteria Scope of Work The selected service provider must conduct five days of CHFI v11 training in Delhi, with theory and practical sessions for 15 participants in batches of 7–8. The provider must arrange the training venue, computers, software, laboratory facilities, high-speed internet, meals and refreshments, and provide training materials, exam vouchers, certification and course-completion certificates. Eligibility and Professional Qualifications Bidders must demonstrate at least three years of experience providing similar services to government organisations or PSUs. Similar-service experience must satisfy one of these thresholds: three completed projects worth at least 40% of the estimated cost each; two projects worth at least 50% each; or one project worth at least 80%. The minimum average annual turnover for the preceding three financial years is ₹6 lakh. Trainers must hold EC-Council CHFI v11 certification, have at least three years of active cybersecurity experience, three years of training experience and experience training at least 500 candidates. Trainers must also have authored at least one official CHFI v11 exam guide or Common Body of Knowledge guide. The provider must have a training facility in Delhi and must not be bankrupt or under liquidation. .
Financial Criteria and Fees The EMD is ₹10,722. The GeM bid specifies no tender fee; bidders should follow the portal's applicable instructions for EMD submission or exemption. Eligible MSE service providers and DPIIT-recognised startups may claim applicable experience and turnover relaxations by submitting supporting documents.
