Scope of Work

Eligible PIAs are required to undertake skill training of rural youth under DDU-GKY 2.0, comply with prescribed training targets, provide captive placement/affiliation for 70% of trained candidates for a minimum of 6 months, and follow MoRD/MSRLM guidelines, SOPs and notifications. Priority may be given to NSQF/NCVET-approved courses in specified sectors including Aerospace & Aviation, Tourism & Hospitality, Beauty & Wellness, IT-ITES, Retail, Apparel, Sports, Management & Entrepreneurship, Electronics & Hardware, Food Processing and Automotive.

Qualification & Eligibility

Applicants must have:

1. Existence for the past 3 years.
2. Valid EPFO/ESIC/Factory registration.
3. Valid TIN/TAN/GST number.
4. Bank account linked with Aadhaar/PAN.
5. Minimum ₹25 crore annual turnover in each of the last 3 financial years.
6. Positive net worth in at least 2 of the last 3 financial years.
7. At least 2 years' training experience.
8. An existing training centre meeting prescribed National Framework Industry infrastructure norms.
9. Proven employment of 500+ jobs through own/subsidiary agencies/companies during the preceding 3 years.

Manpower supplying companies are not eligible. Existing/defaulting PIAs, certain entities linked with defaulting PIAs, government-blacklisted agencies and consortiums are also excluded.

Financial / Fee Details

The non-refundable application fee is ₹29,500 (₹25,000 + ₹4,500 GST), payable through NEFT/RTGS to MSRLM. EMD is not specified in the provided EOI/addendum.

Submission & Deadline

Applications are to be submitted online through https://kaushal.rural.gov.in/. The original deadline was 14 July 2026; an Addendum dated 25 September 2026 extended the last date to 15 October 2026. All other original terms remain unchanged.
