Eligibility Criteria: Central or State Public Sector Undertakings/Enterprises and eligible contractors, firms, private limited companies and agencies registered in the appropriate class and category with State PWD, CPWD, MES or Railways may participate, subject to the tender conditions. Valid contractor enlistment, a Class 3 Digital Signature Certificate (DSC), applicable GST documentation and prescribed declarations are required. Joint ventures are not permitted unless specifically allowed.

Financial Requirements: Estimated tender value is ₹43,66,602. The non-refundable bid fee is ₹1,000, payable online.
