Scope of Work

Selected PIAs will undertake residential training and placement of rural youth in accordance with DDU-GKY 2.0 guidelines and SOP. Preference will be given to Short-Term Courses with good placement opportunities, including areas such as Aviation, IT & ITES, Health Care, Rubber, Apparel, Logistics, Tourism & Hospitality, Electronics, Construction, Automotive, Beauty & Wellness, Food Processing, Handicraft, Horticulture, Green Jobs and Retail. Training against the allocated targets must be completed by 31 December 2027, with placement/self-employment/Gig employment initiation by 31 March 2028. 197_eoi_doc_attach

Eligibility & Qualification

1. Valid MoRD PRN is mandatory.
2. Applicants must be eligible/competent PIAs under DDU-GKY 2.0.
3. Consortium: Not allowed.
4. Sub-contracting: Not allowed.
5. Captive Employers holding PRN are encouraged to apply under the Captive Employer category.
6. Selection will follow the eligibility criteria and parameters prescribed under DDU-GKY 2.0 guidelines. 197_eoi_doc_attach

Financial / Fee Requirements

The notice specifies a non-refundable initial screening fee of ₹25,000 + 18% GST. Eligible agencies are subsequently required to pay ₹1,25,000 + 18% GST towards Qualitative Appraisal. 5. Relevant documents required for Qualitative Appraisal, if shortlisted.
6. Captive Employer documentation, where applicable.
7. Any additional documents prescribed on the Kaushal Rural Portal.
