Scope of Work

Selected PIAs will mobilize and enrol eligible PwD rural youth, provide NSQF-aligned training, arrange suitable infrastructure, trainers, learning resources and external assessment/certification, and provide captive wage employment to at least 70% of trained candidates for a minimum of six months. The project must ensure accessible training facilities, suitable support for PwD candidates, employment verification, retention, reporting and compliance with DDU-GKY 2.0 requirements. 200_eoi_doc_attach

Eligibility & Qualification

Applicants must meet DDU-GKY 2.0 requirements and provide incorporation/registration, statutory registrations, financial and experience credentials. Key requirements include annual turnover of ₹25 crore or more in each of the last three financial years, more than 2 years' past training experience, and a commitment/LOI for 500 or more employment opportunities.
