Scope of Work

The EOI covers skill development training for 3,000 candidates in Haryana through eligible PIAs under DDU-GKY 2.0. Training is to be conducted through residential courses, with proposals covering courses of minimum 576 hours and maximum 2,304 hours. The project period is stated as 2025–28. Professional & Eligibility Criteria

1. Applicant must be a Project Implementing Agency (PIA) having a Permanent Registration Number (PRN) from the Ministry of Rural Development (MoRD).
2. Category-A PIAs are invited to submit proposals online.
3. Applicant should comply with applicable DDU-GKY 2.0 guidelines, SoP 2.0 and MoRD notifications/orders.
4. Preference is indicated for proposals offering higher wages than the applicable minimum wages in Haryana, with more than 70% placement targets, including 5% beneficiaries from PwD category and mobilisation from Aspirational District Nuh. 123_eoi_doc_attach

Financial Criteria

A non-refundable application fee of ₹25,000 is payable through NEFT/RTGS to the HSRLM bank account specified in the EOI. The document does not specify minimum annual turnover, net worth, estimated project cost or EMD. 123_eoi_doc_attach

Submission & Important Dates
