Scope of Work

The scope covers implementation of DDU-GKY 2.0 skill-development projects, including industry-oriented training, quality placement, self-employment and emerging/high-demand job roles. Eligible courses vary by district and include IT/AI, cybersecurity, logistics, healthcare, tourism, manufacturing, food processing, EV, renewable energy, digital marketing and other sectors. Qualification & Eligibility

Eligible applicants include trusts, societies, cooperative societies, companies, LLPs, Government/Semi-Government organisations and applicable NGOs registered on the NITI Aayog Darpan portal. The organisation should generally have been in existence for more than 3 years, except eligible start-ups. A valid MoRD Permanent Registration Number (PRN) is required. Captive employers, eligible existing PIAs, skilling agencies and DPIIT-recognised skilling start-ups may apply. Consortium applications are not permitted. 193_eoi_doc_attach 193_eoi_doc_attach

Existing PIAs with ongoing recovery proceedings or below 50% placement under DDU-GKY 1.0, blacklisted agencies, certain entities connected with defaulting PIAs, and consortium applicants are excluded. 193_eoi_doc_attach

The application fee is non-refundable and is payable as prescribed by Kudumbashree. 193_eoi_doc_attach

Submission Guidelines

Applications must be submitted online through the Kaushal Rural Portal (kaushal.rural.gov.in). Information must be complete, accurate and supported by valid documentary evidence. Applications submitted outside the prescribed EoI period will not be considered. 193_eoi_doc_attach

Applicants should keep the following ready:

1. Valid MoRD PRN
2. Certificate of registration/incorporation
3. Proof of organisational existence and eligibility
4. NITI Aayog Darpan registration, where applicable
5. Supporting documents for applicable PIA category
6. Project proposal and relevant technical/supporting documents
7. Application fee payment proof
8. Documentary evidence supporting declarations made in the online application
9. Relevant DDU-GKY 2.0/SOP compliance documents
