Scope of Work

The selected service provider will implement and manage the Yoga Training Programme across 935 PM SHRI schools, including online Yoga sessions for students, structured teacher training, a residential summer camp, YCB Level 1 assessment and certification coordination, digital learning through an App/LMS, technical support, attendance monitoring, mentoring, community engagement and periodic reporting. The initial contract period is 12 months, with possible extension based on satisfactory performance.

Eligibility and Qualification Criteria

Eligible applicants must be a Section 8 Company, Trust, Society, Partnership Firm or LLP incorporated in India and operational for at least four years, with GST registration. Bidders must not be blacklisted or debarred.

Professional qualifications and experience:

1. AYUSH Yoga Certification Board (YCB) certification is required.
2. At least two Yoga training projects delivered in physical and virtual modes during FY 2023–24 to FY 2025–26.
3. Demonstrated capacity to train at least 3,000 teachers and students in Yoga during the last three years.
4. Relevant project execution experience and supporting work orders/completion certificates are required.

Financial Criteria

1. Minimum average annual turnover from training activities: ₹3 crore for FY 2023–24, FY 2024–25 and FY 2025–26.
2. Minimum cumulative project value: ₹1.50 crore in any one of those three financial years for relevant training, education, Yoga, wellness or capacity-building services.
3. Solvency certificate: ₹2 crore, issued by a nationalised or scheduled commercial bank on or after 1 April 2026.
4. Net worth requirement: Not separately specified in the reviewed eligibility criteria.

Tender Fees and EMD

The non-refundable bid processing fee is ₹50,000, payable by Demand Draft. EMD is ₹6,00,000, payable through an unconditional bank guarantee or the GeM payment gateway. Upload the payment proof and submit the original EMD as prescribed.
