Scope of Work

The selected vendor will be responsible for the installation of obstruction lights on an SDR tower. The key work components include:

1. Installation of 04 obstruction lights over an SDR tower of approximately 30-metre height.
2. Routing of cable from the SDR equipment room to the top of the tower, with an approximate length of 200 metres.
3. Use of PVC conduit pipe of approximately 200 metres while laying cable in an open environment to protect the cable from adverse weather conditions.
4. Supply/provision of all accessories required during installation by the vendor.
5. Warranty of 01 year against defects arising due to improper design, defective material or poor workmanship.

Eligibility and Pre-Qualification Criteria

The bid document requires bidders to submit Experience Criteria and a Certificate requested in ATC. Bidders seeking exemption from experience or turnover criteria must upload supporting documents to prove eligibility for exemption.

MSE and Startup relaxation is allowed for years of experience and turnover, subject to meeting technical and quality specifications. MSE purchase preference is applicable, and service providers claiming MSE preference must upload relevant documentary evidence.

Financial Criteria

The bid will be processed through GeM as a Two Packet Bid. Evaluation will be done on a total value-wise evaluation basis. Reverse Auction is enabled, with H1 – Highest Priced Bid Elimination. Technical clarification time during evaluation is 2 days.

Bidders must upload an ink-signed copy of the added Scope of Work / Technical Specification with the stamp of the firm during bidding. Non-uploading of the ink-signed SOW may lead to rejection.
