The selected agency will be responsible for deploying qualified staff, salary payment, statutory compliance, EPF, ESI, GST, professional tax and other applicable labour-related requirements.
Pre-Qualification and Eligibility Criteria

Submission Guidelines
Bidders must submit their bids online through the Karnataka e-Procurement portal under the two-cover system.
Cover 1: Technical Bid
The technical bid should include all eligibility, registration, statutory, experience and financial documents.
Cover 2: Financial Bid
The financial bid must quote the service charge in percentage.
Important financial bid conditions:
- The same service charge must be quoted for both posts.
- Service charge must not be zero.

Key Compliance Conditions
The selected agency must pay staff wages by the 5th day of every month directly into the employees’ bank accounts. Delay in reimbursement from the department cannot be used as a reason for delaying salary payment to deployed personnel.
