Tender Overview

The selected supplier will provide a 7-seater SUV vehicle for training-related transport requirements under the Executive Engineer, Advance Planning Division, Ranchi. The quoted rate must be on a monthly basis and should include:

1. Driver
2. Fuel
3. Toll tax
4. Parking charges
5. Maintenance
6. Staff expenditure and operational charges
7. Applicable taxes including GST
8. The vehicle must remain available 6 days a week, and the contract duration will be 10 months. The monthly running limit is 1,500 km per month. Charges for extra running beyond 1,500 km must be quoted separately.

 Eligibility Criteria

Bidders must meet the following eligibility requirements:

1. The vehicle must have valid commercial registration, preferably a yellow plate vehicle.
2. The agency must provide a well-behaved and trained driver with a valid driving licence.
3. GST registration and other applicable registrations must be submitted.
4. PAN, Aadhaar Card, GST Form-3B, and Income Tax Return details for the last three financial years must be submitted.
5. Affidavit regarding authorised signatory is required.
6. Affidavit confirming acceptance of tender terms and conditions is required.
7. All required documents must be scanned, attested, and uploaded in PDF format.
8. Conditional quotations will be rejected.

Pre-Qualification Requirements

The bidder must submit the application form on the firm’s letterhead with the following details:

1. Name of firm or agency
2. Full postal address
3. Other business details of the firm
4. Phone, mobile, and fax details, if applicable
5. Name of proprietor or partners
6. Name and bio-data of group manager
7. Bank account details and IFSC code
8. PAN number
9. GST registration number
10. Labour licence number
11. Service tax registration number, if applicable
12. Minimum number and qualification details of personnel proposed for the work

Submission Guidelines

Bidders must submit the quotation online through the Jharkhand e-Procurement Portal. No hard copy or physical copy is required for bid opening or evaluation. However, the authority may ask for original documents for verification before awarding the contract.

The vehicle must be in standard and good working condition. The supplier must provide the vehicle as per the stated specifications and ensure that the same driver provides service during the contract period. Payment will be made monthly after successful operation of the vehicle and subject to availability of allotment.
