Sabarkantha District Police Office, Gujarat has published a GeM tender for Safety and Emergency Response Training Services – Offline, Weekdays under the category of Pre-Police Recruitment / Pre-Police Defence Recruitment Training. Scope of Work

The selected service provider will be responsible for conducting a 30-day offline training programme for 52 candidates in one batch. The programme must include physical training, theoretical sessions, recruitment-oriented preparation, food arrangements, training materials, and regular assessment support.

Training Structure and Daily Facilities

The supporting scope document indicates that candidates should receive a structured training schedule with daily physical and classroom-based activities. The broad daily programme includes tea, fall-in, running and physical exercise, breakfast, general knowledge sessions, law and other subject lectures, rest/meal time, objective exam preparation, games period, and dinner.

Pre-Qualification and Eligibility Criteria

Bidders must have relevant experience in providing similar training or service assignments. The GeM bid specifies 3 years of past experience in same or similar services, preferably with Central Government, State Government, or PSU organisations. Bidders must upload relevant contracts, work orders, or service completion documents to prove experience.

Submission Guidelines

Bidders must submit their bids online through the GeM Portal under a Two Packet Bid system. The technical bid should include eligibility, turnover, experience, certificates, and ATC-related documents, while the financial bid should contain only the quoted price. Bidders should not mention price elements in the technical bid.

9. Trainer qualification documents for physical and theoretical training faculty
10. Proof of ability to provide training venue, ground, food, study, and classroom facilities
11. Food and Drugs / food safety-related certificate, as applicable
12. Declaration that the contractor is not involved in any criminal case
13. Proposed training plan aligned with recruitment-board syllabus
14. Weekly test and assessment plan
15. Reading material, stationery, and trainee support plan
16. Local office / service location proof, if claiming local preference
