The selected service provider will be responsible for conducting a 30-day offline training programme for 52 candidates in one batch. The programme must include physical training, theoretical sessions, recruitment-oriented preparation, food arrangements, training materials, and regular assessment support.

The training should cover physical fitness activities, running, games, general knowledge, law-related topics, recruitment-board syllabus-based lectures, and objective examination preparation. The tender also requires weekly review tests of 50 to 100 marks in MCQ format to assess trainee progress.
The service provider must arrange qualified trainers, faculty members, staff, reading material, stationery, computer/laptop support where required, and all food-related facilities. The venue should have adequate space for training, study, food, accommodation-related arrangements, and ground facilities for physical practice.

Submission Guidelines

Bidders must submit their bids online through the GeM Portal under a Two Packet Bid system. The technical bid should include eligibility, turnover, experience, certificates, and ATC-related documents, while the financial bid should contain only the quoted price. Bidders should not mention price elements in the technical bid.

Documents uploaded by bidders may be visible to other participating bidders after login, including documents submitted during clarification or representation stages. Any objection or grievance regarding additional clauses must be raised through the representation window available in the GeM Seller Dashboard before bid opening.
The buyer may increase or decrease contract quantity or duration by up to 25% as per the option clause. All sellers/service providers must also comply with applicable labour laws and statutory requirements.
