Scope of Work
The scope of work includes providing transport services for site visits under training programs conducted by the Advance Planning Division, Water Resources Department, Ranchi.
The required transport service includes:
- Supply of a 26-seater vehicle for intercity/site visits.

Key Terms and Conditions
The vehicle must be in standard and good working condition. The supplier must provide the vehicle strictly as per the specifications mentioned in the quotation document. Quoted rates must be inclusive of all taxes, GST, fuel, driver, staff, toll tax, parking, maintenance, transportation, and operational costs.
The department reserves the right to accept or reject any or all quotations without assigning any reason. If the supplier fails to provide services within the specified time, the EMD may be forfeited and the next eligible supplier may be considered. Legal disputes, if any, will be subject to the jurisdiction of Ranchi courts.
