Assam Rifles Tender 2026 for Annexe to Vocational Training Centre at Laitkor Garrison

Scope of Work

The scope covers the construction/provision of an annexe to the Vocational Training Centre at Laitkor Garrison as one complete job. The work is to be executed as per Schedule ‘A’, special conditions, particular specifications, drawings where applicable, CPWD Specifications 2019 Volume I & II, and relevant Assam Rifles tender conditions. The BOQ/Schedule ‘A’ is uploaded separately as part of the tender package.

Eligibility and Pre-Qualification Criteria

Eligible bidders include Assam Rifles approved/enlisted contractors and contractors enlisted with other Central Government departments or organisations, subject to meeting the prescribed eligibility requirements. Contractors registered with other government organisations must submit authenticated registration and financial credentials from the concerned department.

Minimum Experience Requirement

The bidder must have minimum two years of relevant past experience, ending 31 March of the preceding financial year of the advertised tender. Supporting documents such as work orders or letters of intent issued by Central Government, State Government or PSU authorities must be submitted.

Bidders should prepare and upload the following documents:

1. Complete tender document, duly signed and stamped on every page
2. Technical bid without price/rate quotation
3. Power of Attorney, where applicable
4. Contractor registration/enlistment/renewal letter from Assam Rifles or other Government department
5. Work orders / LOIs supporting minimum past experience
6. Past performance details for similar completed works
7. Completion certificates from concerned authorities
8. Satisfactory performance reports from Government department / PSU / employer
9. Non-blacklisting certificate
10. Certificate of acceptance of NIT terms and conditions
11. Audited balance sheets for the last two years with UDIN
12. Annual turnover details
13. Latest bank solvency certificate, not older than 120 days
14. Scanned copy of tender fee instrument
15. Scanned copy of EMD instrument
16. Original tender fee and EMD instruments to be submitted physically as prescribed
17. Site visit certificate, if site visit is undertaken
18. Affidavit regarding employment of engineers with three years’ experience and degree/diploma certificates
19. GSTIN registration certificate
20. PAN and latest income tax clearance/supporting tax documents
21. E-payment performa
22. Warranty/guarantee certificate, wherever applicable
23. Undertaking for no use of undue influence
24. Labour licence / EPFO / ESIC / BOCW registration or proof of application, as applicable after award
