Scope of Work
The selected bidder will be responsible for:
- Supply of Control of Continuous Stirred Tank Reactor (CSTR) with compatible service unit
- Installation and commissioning at IIT Tirupati campus
- Integration of computer-controlled data acquisition system
- Supply of compatible software package
- Operational demonstration and hands-on training
- Providing all tubing, connectors, accessories, manuals, and technical documentation
- Ensuring safe installation with protective frame and leak-proof configuration
- Providing minimum 3 years onsite warranty support
The system should support studies related to:
- Residence time and conversion analysis
- Reaction rate constants
- Empirical rate evaluation
- Residence Time Distribution (RTD)
- Mixing effect on reaction rate
Technical Highlights
Key technical requirements include:
- Transparent reactor vessel made of borosilicate glass or engineering plastic
- Reactor volume between 1000–1500 mL
- Dual independently controlled feed streams
- PID-controlled temperature management
- Conductivity sensor integration
- Computer-controlled operation with data logging
- Integrated software for feed pump, heater, stirrer, and reactor control
- Peristaltic pumps with minimum flow range up to 100 mL/min

Eligibility Criteria
Bidders must satisfy the following conditions:

Experience Criteria
The bidder/OEM should have supplied at least 03 similar systems during the last three financial years to:
- Central/State Government Departments
- PSU/CPSE
- Educational Institutions
- R&D Institutions
Relevant purchase orders and installation certificates must be submitted.
Financial Eligibility
- Minimum Annual Turnover: ₹16 Lakhs
- Bidder must be profitable during each of the previous three financial years
Audited financial statements certified by a Chartered Accountant are mandatory.

Payment Terms
- No advance payment will be made
- Payment will generally be released within 30 days after successful installation and acceptance

Warranty & Penalty Clauses
Warranty
- Minimum 3 years comprehensive onsite warranty from installation date
Liquidated Damages
- Penalty of 0.5% per week for delayed delivery
- Maximum penalty capped at 10% of undelivered item value
