Scope of Work
The selected contractor will be responsible for comprehensive cooking and catering operations at ATI Mysore. The major scope of work includes:
- Preparation and supply of breakfast, lunch, dinner, tea, coffee, and snacks for trainees and guests.
- Complete kitchen and dining hall management.
- Deployment of required manpower for cooking, serving, cleaning, waste disposal, and hospitality operations.
- Maintenance of hygiene and food safety standards as per FSSAI norms.
- Providing packed food during excursions, field visits, and training tours.
- Ensuring uninterrupted catering services at ATI hostels and designated locations.
- Maintaining cleanliness, waste segregation, and garbage disposal as per Solid Waste Management Rules 2016.
- Compliance with labour laws, food safety standards, and statutory regulations.
Eligibility Criteria
Interested bidders must fulfil the following eligibility conditions:
- The bidder should not be blacklisted by any Government authority.
- The bidder should not have any history related to food adulteration, criminal liability, fraud, labour law violations, or unhygienic food practices.
- The bidder must possess experience in providing similar cooking and catering services.
- Experience certificates for the last five years must be submitted.
- The bidder must submit documentary evidence regarding legal status and operational capability.
- FSSAI Certification is mandatory.
- The bidder must comply with all Karnataka Public Procurement Portal requirements.
Technical Qualification Criteria
The bidder should demonstrate:
- Experience in institutional catering services.
- Capability to manage large-scale cooking and catering operations.
- Experience certificates from Government institutions, universities, hostels, training centres, PSUs, or similar organizations.
- Submission of Proforma-A and service performance details.
- Ability to maintain food hygiene and quality standards.

Important Tender Conditions
- Two-cover tender system will be followed.
- Technical bids will be evaluated first.
- Financial bids of technically qualified bidders only will be opened.
- Prices quoted must remain fixed during the contract period.
- Partial bids will not be accepted.
- The contractor must use only quality ingredients with FSSAI certification.
- ATI reserves the right to increase or decrease quantity up to 25%.
- Contract may be extended up to 3 months if required.
