The Directorate of Employment & Training (DET), Labour and Employment Department, Government of Gujarat, has invited bids through GeM for repair, maintenance, and installation services of an AC/DC TIG Welding Machine with water-cooled torch and Argon regulator at Government Industrial Training Institute (ITI), Vanthali, Junagadh.

This tender is intended for experienced service providers capable of delivering maintenance and repair services for industrial training institute equipment within the stipulated contract period.

1. Repair and maintenance of AC/DC TIG Welding Machine systems.
2. Installation-related services for welding equipment.
3. Supply of consumables required for servicing.
4. Supply of spare parts during maintenance activities.
5. Ensuring operational readiness of the machine at the ITI premises.

1. At least 1 year of similar service experience.

1. Three similar completed works costing at least 40% of estimated cost, OR
2. Two similar completed works costing at least 50% of estimated cost, OR
3. One similar completed work costing at least 80% of estimated cost.

1. DPIIT-recognized Startups are eligible for relaxation in experience criteria, subject to meeting technical specifications.
2. MSE purchase preference is applicable.
3. MSE bidders quoting within L1 + 5% may receive purchase preference benefits.

1. Service provider office must be located within Gujarat State.
2. Dedicated or toll-free support number must be available.
3. Escalation matrix for service support is mandatory.
4. Undertaking confirming the bidder is not under liquidation or bankruptcy must be submitted.

1. Total value-wise evaluation method.
2. Reverse Auction process after technical qualification.
3. Highest quoted technically qualified bidder (H1) may be excluded from reverse auction under standard GeM rules.
