The Institute of Seismological Research (ISR), Gujarat has invited an Expression of Interest (EOI) for empanelment of agencies to conduct training programs, seminars, conferences, and workshops across Gujarat.

This empanelment aims to create a pool of qualified agencies for future assignments related to capacity building and outreach in earth sciences.

1. Conduct training programs, seminars, workshops, and conferences
2. Organize academic and technical sessions in earth sciences
3. Provide career guidance and skill development programs

1. Manage stakeholder engagement activities
2. Provide administrative, technical, and logistical support
3. Conduct online exams, interviews, and HR initiatives

1. Ensure quality standards and timelines
2. Maintain documentation and submit reports
3. Deploy dedicated staff for coordination

1. Registered NGO / Society / Company / Training Institute
2. Minimum 5 years of existence
3. Average turnover ₹5 Crore (last 3 years)
4. Minimum 3 similar projects in last 5 years
5. At least 1 project worth ₹1 Crore
6. Must not be blacklisted
7. PAN & GST registration mandatory
8. Office presence in Ahmedabad/Gandhinagar
9. At least 1 expert with 15+ years experience

1. EMD: ₹2.94 Lakh (Refundable)
2. Tender Fee: ₹5,900 (Non-refundable)
3. Security Deposit: 5% of Work Order Value (post-award)
