Scope of Work
The selected bidder will be responsible for:
  1. Design, installation & commissioning of ICT Labs
  2. Supply & installation of hardware and infrastructure
  3. Deployment of teachers, trainers, and support staff
  4. Teacher training & capacity building
  5. Development and deployment of e-content
  6. Furniture provisioning
  7. Maintenance (AMC/CMC) of hardware
  8. Computer education delivery including internet and consumables
  9. Full manpower management
 The project is end-to-end execution-based, including training and operations.
Eligibility Criteria
 Technical Eligibility
  1. Minimum 5 years of experience in similar services
  2. Experience with Government / PSU projects
  3. Must have completed similar works:
1.       3 projects (≥40% value) OR
    1. 2 projects (≥50% value) OR
    2. 1 project (≥80% value)
 Financial Eligibility
  1. Minimum Average Annual Turnover: ₹22 Crore (last 3 years)
  2. CA-certified financial documents required
 Relaxations
  1. MSE & Startups: Eligible for turnover relaxation (subject to conditions)
