5. Development of sludge treatment and drying beds
6. Electrical, mechanical, and civil works
7. Trial run (3 months) and commissioning
8. Operation & Maintenance for 5 years

1. At least 1 STP project (≥0.25 MLD) completed
2. Combined STP capacity experience ≥0.50 MLD
3. Minimum 1-year O&M experience in STP
4. Experience in pipeline/diversion works
5. Joint Venture not allowed

1. Contractor must be registered as Class ‘B’ or above under CG PWD
2. Valid GST, PAN, and statutory registrations required

1. Turnover: ₹142.88 Lakhs (in any one year)
2. Similar Work Experience:
   1. 1 work ≥50% value OR
   2. 2 works ≥40% value OR
   3. Ongoing work ≥60% value
3. Bid Capacity formula applicable
