Scope of Work (Key Highlights)
The selected consultant will undertake a comprehensive assignment involving:
1. Assessment & Gap Analysis
  1. Site surveys across Khasi, Jaintia, and Garo regions
  2. Infrastructure and service delivery analysis
  3. Development of Gap Assessment Tool (GAT)
2. Design & Planning
  1. Prototype designs for child-friendly Anganwadi/ECD centres
  2. Preparation of BoQs, technical specifications, and cost estimates
  3. Climate-resilient and ECCE-compliant infrastructure planning
3. Training & Capacity Building
  1. Training of Engineers, CDPOs, Technical Assistants, and stakeholders
  2. Development of Master Trainers
  3. Conduct workshops (online & offline)
4. Implementation Support
  1. Technical supervision of construction
  2. Monitoring dashboards and data-driven insights
  3. Development of manuals and training materials
5. Reporting & Deliverables
  1. Inception Report
  2. Gap Assessment Tool
  3. Design Reports & Training Manuals

Eligibility Criteria
Organizational Requirements
  1. Registered and operational in India for minimum 10 years
  2. Experience in child-friendly infrastructure and ICDS-related projects
  3. Experience at national level projects

  2. Experience in:
    1. Child development infrastructure
    2. Training & capacity building
    3. Government systems strengthening
Technical Capability
  1. Availability of qualified professionals
  2. Experience in conducting workshops and training programs
