The Nagaland State Rural Livelihoods Mission (NSRLM) invites Expression of Interest (EOI) from eligible Project Implementing Agencies (PIAs) under DDU-GKY 2.0 for implementing placement-linked skill development training programs for rural youth in Nagaland for FY 2026–2028.

Scope of Work

Selected PIAs will be responsible for:
  1. Conducting placement-linked skill training programs for rural youth
  2. Delivering training across approved sectors:
    1. Aerospace & Aviation
    2. Automotive
    3. Agriculture
    4. Construction
    5. Electronics
    6. Food Processing
    7. Green Jobs
    8. Healthcare
    9. IT & ITES
  3. Ensuring employment placement outcomes
  4. Running short-term courses (576 hours to 4.5 months duration)
Pre-Qualification Criteria
  1. Must be a registered PIA with valid PRN from Ministry of Rural Development (MoRD)
  2. Experience in skill training and placement programs
  3. Preference for:
    1. Agencies with proven placement track record
    2. Agencies with training centers in Nagaland
    3. Projects covering Persons with Disabilities (PWDs)
Eligibility Criteria
  1. Must apply through Kaushal Rural Portal (MoRD)
  2. Proposal must be limited to specified sectors only
  3. Compliance with DDU-GKY 2.0 guidelines and SOPs
  4. Incomplete or late submissions will be rejected
