The Directorate of Vocational Education and Training (DVET), Government of Maharashtra, invites e-tenders under a two-bid system for the supply, installation, and commissioning of drone training equipment for ITIs across Maharashtra under the Craftsman Training Scheme (CTS).

This tender is ideal for OEMs, authorized dealers, and suppliers with experience in drone equipment, lab setup, and training infrastructure.

Scope of Work

1. Supply, installation, and commissioning of drone technician training equipment
2. Delivery to multiple ITIs and DVET locations across Maharashtra
3. Providing hands-on training (minimum 2 weeks) to instructors
4. Supporting DGCA-certified drone pilot training (cost borne by supplier)
5. Mobilizing qualified instructors (if required by DVET)
6. Ensuring warranty support and maintenance
7. Providing third-party insurance for operational risks

1. Registered company/firm in India (minimum 3 years)
2. OEM / Authorized representative / Retailer
3. Valid GST registration
4. Experience in supply of drone equipment or related tools
5. OEM must have executed at least 50% similar supply to Govt/PSU/Public companies
6. No blacklisting or malpractice history

1. Tender Fee: ₹35,000 (Non-refundable, online)
2. EMD: ₹3,62,500 (Online payment)
3. EMD Exemption: Applicable as per Maharashtra Government Resolution

1. Delivery period: 8 weeks from work order
2. Warranty: Minimum 1 year
3. Security Deposit: 5% of contract value
4. Payment Terms:
   1. 90% on delivery
   2. 10% after installation & acceptance
5. Penalty for delay: Up to 5% of contract value
