The customer tender requires the bidder or OEM of the offered product/service to have ISO 9001 certification.

4. Trainer Documentation

The Buyer Added Terms require a certificate for all trainers, along with an ATC Compliance Certificate and an undertaking of non-collusion.

The customer tender specifically identifies experience, past performance, bidder turnover, certificate requested in ATC, OEM authorization, OEM annual turnover and BOQ compliance documents among the documents required from the seller.

The Buyer Added Terms additionally require PAN, GSTIN, cancelled cheque and certified EFT mandate for vendor-code creation.

Performance Bank Guarantee

While the GeM customer bid information records ePBG as not required, the separate BSNL RFP contains a specific requirement for the selected L1 System Integrator to submit a Performance Bank Guarantee of 5% of the PO value plus GST, with validity extending six months beyond the contract period.
