Scope of Work

The selected training service provider must deliver an instructor-led classroom programme covering computer networking fundamentals, servers and data storage, network cables, Wi-Fi, switches, routers, IP addressing, barcode/RFID scanner connectivity, label printers, shared-folder access and basic cybersecurity. Topics also include phishing awareness, suspicious links and safe use of computers and USB devices.

The provider must arrange a suitable training venue with seating, ventilation, lighting, drinking water and uninterrupted power supply. Training materials, participant kits, laptop, projector, screen, microphone, refreshments, working lunch and course completion certificates must be provided. Trainers must be proficient in English, Hindi and Telugu.

Relevant work orders/contracts and completion certificates are required.
