Scope of Work: Supply of 269 units of classroom furniture, comprising desk-and-bench sets for classrooms and training areas, along with modular/meeting/centre tables. The furniture must comply with the prescribed technical specifications, material requirements, dimensions and quality standards. Delivery is required within 30 days, as specified for the listed consignments.

Professional Qualification Criteria: Bidders must demonstrate relevant manufacturing or supply experience, technical compliance, adequate manpower and infrastructure, and the ability to deliver the specified furniture. OEM authorisation is required where applicable. The additional ATC also requires relevant quality certifications and supporting technical documentation.

Eligibility Criteria: The bidder or its OEM must have at least three years of experience supplying similar products to Central/State Government organisations or PSUs. Past performance must demonstrate supply of at least 60% of the bid quantity in one of the preceding three financial years. Eligible MSEs and DPIIT-registered startups may claim applicable experience and turnover relaxations, subject to documentary proof and technical compliance.

Financial Criteria: Minimum average annual bidder turnover of ₹7 lakh over the preceding three financial years. The OEM must have average annual turnover of ₹15 lakh over the last three financial years. Positive OEM net worth is required under the buyer-added ATC, supported by the latest audited financial statement.

Tender Fee and EMD: No tender fee is specified in the GeM bid document. The Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) is ₹53,460, payable in an accepted form under the bid conditions. Eligible bidders may seek EMD exemption with valid supporting documents under applicable GeM rules.
