Scope of Work

NCL invites bids for vocational training in Mobile Phone Repairing and Motor Rewinding at Singrauli, Madhya Pradesh. The programme covers 60 trainees across two batches, with 30 students per course. Training will run for 45 days or 90 hours, at two hours per day, excluding Sundays and gazetted holidays.

The selected agency must arrange training equipment, instructors, electricity, generator/inverter, books and other logistics. Separate course certificates and relevant repair kits must be provided to trainees after successful completion.

Eligibility and Professional Qualifications

Bidders must demonstrate at least three years of relevant experience in skill development and similar services. The scope document requires CSR-1 registration, valid organisational registration, PAN, GST registration, bank details and a declaration confirming that the bidder is not banned or delisted by a government agency, PSU or quasi-government body.
