Scope of Work: Engagement of labourers to assist the Assistant Engineer in construction-related activities at the new ITI building. The scheduled completion period is three months, subject to the tender conditions.

Eligibility Criteria: Applicants must be registered PWD contractors in Class V or above, with the applicable licence. A current PWD contractor registration certificate and valid Income Tax Clearance Certificate are required. GST registration details and applicable clearance documentation must also be furnished.

Tender Details and Financial Criteria

Professional Qualifications: Tenderers must be professionally qualified or undertake to employ appropriately qualified technical personnel as prescribed by the PWD. The proposed Technical Assistant's qualifications, experience and consent letter must be submitted wherever applicable.

Financial Criteria: The tender notice specifies an estimated work value of ₹5,00,000, including GST at 18%. Turnover details for three consecutive years are requested in the tender annexure. However, no minimum average annual turnover or minimum net worth threshold is expressly specified in the reviewed documents.

Tender Fee and EMD: Tender documents are available free of cost through the Tamil Nadu e-procurement portal. An Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹5,000 is required, payable through online fund transfer to the Government Pooling Account maintained by SBI.
