Pre-Qualification Criteria Scope of Work: Supply of archery equipment and accessories as specified in the Bill of Quantities (BOQ), including compound and recurve bows, arrows, sights, stabilisers, bow presses, arrow-cutting machines, archery tools, targets, and related accessories. The successful bidder must deliver the specified goods to designated locations within one month of receiving the work order. Eligibility and Professional Qualifications: Bidders must be registered firms or entities and must qualify as manufacturers of archery equipment or authorised sellers. Relevant experience supplying sports equipment to government or semi-government organisations is required. Bidders must not be disqualified or blacklisted by a government or semi-government organisation under the conditions specified in the tender.
Financial Criteria: The bidder must have a minimum annual turnover of ₹3.20 crore in any two of the last three years, certified by a Chartered Accountant (CA). Experience certificates for relevant supplies worth at least ₹50 lakh per year in any two of the last three years are also required. Audited financial statements and income tax returns must be submitted as prescribed. No advance payment will be made. Tender Fee and EMD: The tender fee is ₹5,000 and the Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) is ₹12 lakh. EMD exemption is available to eligible Madhya Pradesh-registered Micro and Small Enterprises (MSEs) and startups, subject to uploading valid supporting documents and approval during technical evaluation. EMD must otherwise be paid online. Submission Guidelines: Bids must be submitted online through the Madhya Pradesh e-procurement portal at https://www.mptenders.gov.in. Offline bids are not accepted. Bidders must upload all mandatory documents, complete the BOQ in the prescribed format, and review the technical specifications and tender conditions before submission.
