Scope of Work

PBSSD DPMU Kolkata invites proposals from empanelled and active Letter of Intent (LOI) Training Providers to conduct Short-Term Training (STT) at VIP Nagar High School (H.S.), P.O. VIP Nagar, P.S. Anandapur, Kolkata–700100. Training space will be provided by the school authority for one year, extendable subject to approval.

Preferred sectors: Electrician, Mobile Repairing, Beautician and Automobile Technician.

Eligibility and Qualification Criteria

Applicants must be active LOI Training Providers with ongoing STT batches. They must not be blacklisted or de-empanelled, and must have no pending adverse reports or complaints. All applicable STT empanelment requirements must be fulfilled.

Proposals will be evaluated on previous-year placement performance, relevant sector experience, availability of infrastructure and ToT-qualified trainers, alignment with local skill-development needs, and readiness to commence training.

Financial Criteria: Minimum average annual turnover, net worth and estimated project cost are not specified in the notice.

Submission Guidelines

Submit the proposal by email to dpmukolkata@gmail.com. The proposal must be on the Training Provider’s official letterhead and include the covering letter (Annexure I), past performance and trainer details (Annexure II), supporting documents, placement records, proposed training plan and other relevant information.

Submission deadline: Within seven days of the notice release. The exact deadline should be confirmed with DPMU Kolkata.

1. Covering letter on official letterhead, duly signed and stamped
2. Training Provider name, code and registered office address
3. SPOC name, designation, contact number and email
4. Last one-year STT performance and supporting records
5. Enrolment, certification, wage-employment and self-employment data
6. Proposed course details and course codes
7. ToT-certified trainer details, certification numbers, validity and PAN
8. Proposed training plan and relevant supporting documents
9. Declaration confirming eligibility and accuracy of submitted information

Selection is not guaranteed by submission. DPMU Kolkata reserves the right to shortlist applicants and make the final selection.
