Scope of Work

The tender covers the supply and installation of laboratory equipment for Management of Office Administration (MOA) and Food & Beverage courses at RS More, Govindpur Skill Centre. Items include hospitality utensils, crockery, glassware, furniture, laptops, printer, LED TV, desktop tables, chairs, webcam, speakers and related equipment, as specified in the BOQ and annexures.

The selected bidder must ensure timely delivery, installation wherever applicable, testing, commissioning and compliance with prescribed technical specifications. A one-year product warranty is required under the additional tender conditions.

Eligibility and Professional Qualification Criteria

1. Valid GST registration, latest GST return, PAN and Aadhaar.
2. Firm registered in Jharkhand.
3. Minimum average annual turnover of ₹10 lakh over three financial years, supported by audited financial statements or a CA/CMA certificate.
4. The GeM bid specifies three years of similar-service experience. The additional tender conditions separately mention at least one year of government-sector supply experience and a work order of at least ₹10 lakh during FY 2026–27.
5. Valid ISO 27001:2022 certification with IAF accreditation, CVC certificate and ZED certificate, as stipulated in the additional conditions.
6. Service and Loyalty Pledge Certificate, non-blacklisting affidavit and applicable legal-entity documents.
7. OEM authorisation and OEM annual-turnover documents, where required by the bid.

Financial Criteria, Fee and EMD

The minimum average annual turnover is ₹10 lakh. The EMD is ₹50,000, with a demand draft specified in the additional conditions in favour of the District Planning Officer, Dhanbad. Eligible bidders may seek EMD exemption by submitting valid supporting documents under applicable GeM rules. No tender fee is specified; GeM terms prohibit tender or bid participation fees. Submission Guidelines
