Scope of Work

The project involves construction and finishing of the training centre, including earthwork, filling, concrete work, RCC reinforcement, brick masonry, plastering, flooring, painting, doors and windows, plumbing and sanitary installations, septic tank construction, and associated building works as specified in the BOQ and technical estimate.

Eligibility and Professional Qualification

1. Bidders must satisfy the contractor registration, statutory and eligibility requirements prescribed in the tender notice.
2. Relevant work credentials and completion certificates for similar construction projects must be submitted as required.
3. Required technical personnel and supporting construction equipment must be available in accordance with the tender conditions.
4. Bidders must submit the prescribed declarations and supporting documents and must not be disqualified or blacklisted under the applicable tender conditions.

Financial Criteria

The tender notice specifies an estimated tender amount and an earnest money deposit. A minimum average annual turnover and minimum net worth threshold could not be conclusively established from the uploaded notice.
