Scope of Work

The tender invites eligible institutions to conduct six months of training under the Bharari Prakalp for students in Classes 1–7. Training covers computer and digital skills, art and craft, sports, physical development and related life skills. The programme covers approximately 12,714 students across 170 schools, subject to actual attendance and approved rates.

Eligibility and Professional Qualifications

1. Registered institution with applicable registration documents under the relevant public trust/co-operative society legislation.
2. GST registration certificate and PAN card.
3. Minimum three years of experience in the education sector.
4. Previous-year experience training at least 200 participants through government or semi-government departments, supported by work orders/experience certificates and photographs.
5. Qualified trainers, subject experts, training materials, equipment and infrastructure.
6. Local trainers familiar with the Nandurbar regional language are required.
7. Blacklisting and compliance affidavits must be submitted as prescribed.

Financial Criteria

The estimated project cost is ₹50,00,000, with a maximum rate of ₹700 per student. Audited annual accounts for the last three years, average annual turnover certification for the last three financial years, and income tax return proof for at least two years are required. No specific minimum turnover or net-worth threshold is stated in the notice.

Tender Fee and EMD

Tender fee: ₹5,000. EMD: ₹50,000, payable online through the specified Bank of Maharashtra account. EMD exemption may be considered where supported by the prescribed documents.

Submission Guidelines

Submit the technical bid and supporting documents online through Maharashtra's Mahatenders portal. Complete the supplied BOQ without modifying its template and upload it with the quoted rates. A sealed physical training demonstration kit and presentation materials must also be submitted to the Education Department, Panchayat Samiti Nandurbar, during office hours. Upload proof of physical submission. Technically qualified bidders must deliver a training demonstration for evaluation.
