The Ministry of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises, through MSME Testing Centre, Chennai, invites bids for specialised application training on a GC-MS/MS instrument identified by serial number CN13141079.

The assignment requires the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM), Agilent Technologies, to provide one full day of practical, advanced application training for five participants at the user's laboratory in Chennai. The training will cover:

1. Application of GC-MS/MS techniques for testing non-alcoholic beverage samples.
2. Quantitative data acquisition and analytical workflow demonstration.
3. Chromatogram review, peak integration, compound identification and retention-time assessment.
4. Ion-ratio evaluation, quantitative data processing and calibration-result assessment.
5. Interpretation of chromatograms and mass spectra, including the identification of potential interferences.
6. Issuance of an OEM certificate of completion to participants.

Professional Qualification Criteria

The service provider must be Agilent Technologies, the specified OEM. The training must be delivered by the OEM service provider and include hands-on application training and OEM certification. Eligibility Criteria

1. Minimum three years of experience providing similar services.
2. Experience in successfully completed similar assignments for Central or State Government organisations or PSUs, supported by relevant contracts or work orders.
3. Compliance with the technical specifications and buyer-added terms and conditions.
4. Valid GeM seller/service provider registration and required authorisation to undertake the contract.
