1. Minimum 2 years experience in manpower supply services.
2. Must provide documentary proof of past projects.
3. Demonstrated capability in supplying workforce to government offices preferred.

1. CA-certified turnover details for last 3 financial years required.
2. Financial statements (Balance Sheet & P&L) mandatory.
3. Ability to sustain operations (including salary payments) for at least 2 months without delay.

1. EMD is refundable to unsuccessful bidders.
2. EMD is forfeited in case of withdrawal or failure to sign contract.

1. Contract duration: 1 year (extendable by 1 year)
2. Security Deposit: 3% + 2 months salary equivalent
3. Service charges must be between 1% and 2%
4. Payment cycle: Quarterly (with supporting documents)
