• Bengaluru Metropolitan Transport Corporation (BMTC) invites bids for engaging an agency to operate the canteen at its Training Centre located in Vaddarahalli, Bengaluru. The contract is initially for 2 years, extendable by 1 additional year based on performance.

 Scope of Work

1. Supply hygienic food including tea, coffee, breakfast, lunch, snacks, and dinner
2. Serve up to 70 trainees per day
3. Provide fresh, nutritious, and timely meals as per prescribed menu
4. Maintain high standards of food hygiene and customer service
5. Display daily menu and pricing in the canteen
6. Ensure quality ingredients and compliance with food safety norms

2. Minimum 3 years experience in catering/hospitality
3. Experience in handling canteen services for minimum 50 employees
4. Not blacklisted by any Government/PSU

1. Minimum Annual Turnover: ₹1.50 Crore
   (in any 2 years out of last 5 financial years)
2. Audited financial statements and CA certification required
3. Net worth: Must be positive

3. Payment Mode: Online via e-procurement portal (NEFT/RTGS/Credit/Debit)
4. No interest payable on EMD
