The District Training Institute (DTI), Vijayapura has released an e-procurement tender notification for providing catering and meal services for training programs during the financial year 2026–27. Scope of Work

1. Supply of daily meals (breakfast, lunch, dinner, and refreshments) for trainees and staff
2. Maintaining quality, hygiene, and food safety standards (FSSAI compliance mandatory)
3. Ensuring timely delivery and service at the training institute premises
4. Providing meals as per specified menu and quantity requirements
5. Managing logistics, manpower, and kitchen operations
6. Maintaining consistent service standards throughout the contract period

2. GST registration and compliance
3. FSSAI Food Safety Certification
4. PAN Card and statutory registrations
5. Experience in institutional catering services
6. Self-declaration of non-blacklisting

1. Individual, firm, or registered agency engaged in catering/food supply services
2. Must have prior experience in similar government/institutional contracts
3. Must comply with food safety, hygiene, and statutory norms
4. Ability to handle bulk meal supply for training programs

1. Submission of IT returns and audited financial statements (last 3 years)
2. GST filings and financial compliance records required
3. Financial capability to execute bulk catering services

1. Tender Fee: ₹200/- (approx., as per document table)
2. Earnest Money Deposit (EMD): ₹13,782/-
3. EMD Exemption: Not specified (assumed No unless applicable as per government norms)

3. Upload all required documents in prescribed format
