Eligibility Criteria
Technical Eligibility
- Must be a registered Class-V or above Civil Contractor in Telangana
- Minimum 1 year experience in similar RO plant maintenance works within last 5 years
Financial Eligibility
- Solvency / Liquid Assets / Credit facility of minimum ₹10 Lakhs (preferred but non-mandatory)
Compliance Requirements
- PAN, GST registration
- EPF / ESI compliance
- Not blacklisted by any government agency
