1. Supply of Packed Bed Catalytic Reactor
2. Installation and commissioning at IIT Tirupati
3. Testing and validation of the system
4. Training to end-users
5. Providing minimum 2-year comprehensive onsite warranty
6. Ensuring 10-year spare parts availability
7. Complete system integration including GC, control panel, and accessories

1. Supply of minimum 3 similar units in last 3 financial years (2022–25) to Govt./PSU/IIT/IISER or similar institutions
2. OEM or authorized dealer/distributor with valid authorization
3. Submission of technical compliance and product brochures
4. Must provide installation & satisfactory performance certificates

1. Valid PAN, GST, and incorporation certificate
2. Not blacklisted by any government authority
3. No criminal case pending
4. Compliance with Make in India policy

1. Minimum Annual Turnover: ₹22 Lakhs (last 3 financial years)
2. Must be profitable in last 3 years (2022–25)
3. Financial statements certified by CA required
4. MSEs & Startups: Exempted from turnover & experience criteria

1. Tender Fee: Not specified in document
2. EMD / Bid Security:
   1. No EMD amount; instead Bid Security Declaration required
   2. Exemption available for MSEs and DPIIT-recognized startups
