Telecommunications Consultants India Ltd. (TCIL), a Government of India enterprise, has invited Expression of Interest (EOI) for selection of a back-end partner to execute projects involving Science Centres, Science Kits, and Robotics/AI/Coding Training in schools.

Scope of Work

The selected partner will support TCIL on a back-to-back basis for the following:

1. Establishment of 100 Science Centres
2. Supply of 7,518 Science Kits
3. Robotics Training in 394 schools
4. AI & Coding Training in 200 schools
5. Installation, commissioning, and training services

1. Experience in Science Centres / ATL labs setup in Govt. schools
2. Either:
   1. 2 projects ≥ ₹5.59 Cr each, OR
   2. 1 project ≥ ₹7.46 Cr
3. Experience covering:
   1. Minimum 75 labs/centres per project
   2. Training 7,500+ students in AI/Robotics/Coding
   3. Supply of science kits to 75+ schools
4. OEM authorization required
5. Must not be blacklisted

1. Indian registered entity (Company/Partnership/Proprietorship)
2. Valid PAN & GST
3. Local office (or undertaking to establish one)

1. Compliance with Make in India Policy (Class I / II suppliers)
2. No insolvency or legal disqualification
3. No blacklist/debarment by Govt./PSU
4. Undertakings for:
   1. Document authenticity
   2. Skilled workforce compliance
   3. Labour law adherence
