The Ministry of Defence, Department of Military Affairs (HQ IDS) has invited bids through GeM for hiring experienced IT professionals for application development, maintenance, and IT infrastructure support services. The contract duration is 2 years, and selection will be based on Quality & Cost Based Selection (QCBS).

 Important Dates & Timeline

1. System Administrator (9–12 years experience)
2. Network Support Engineer (9–12 years experience)
3. Desktop Support Engineer (6–9 years experience)

1. System administration and security management
2. Network configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting
3. Desktop and hardware/software support
4. Server and virtualization management
5. Onsite deployment of resources for 24 months

1. Must be legally registered entity
2. Should not be under liquidation or bankruptcy
3. Must comply with labour laws and statutory regulations
4. Only Class-I & Class-II local suppliers eligible under Make in India

1. Minimum 7 years of experience in similar services
2. Experience with Government/PSU projects preferred
3. Past project proof required (contracts, invoices, completion certificates)

1. Graduate/Postgraduate in IT/Computer Science
2. Certifications such as MCSE, CCNA (role-based)
3. Buyer may conduct interviews before deployment

1. Submission Mode: Online (GeM Portal)
2. Bid Type: Two Packet (Technical + Financial)
3. Financial breakup document mandatory
4. All supporting documents must be uploaded online
5. No physical submission required
6. Auto-extension applicable (3 days, max 1 time)

3. Buyer may increase/decrease contract value up to 25%
