Scope of Work
The project includes comprehensive construction and infrastructure development works:
  1. Construction of 2 conventional godowns (total capacity: 11,099 sq. ft.)
  2. Internal roads, drainage systems, and electrification
  3. Development of site including earthwork and road construction
  4. Construction of office block, sentry post, and electrical room
  5. Ancillary civil, electrical, and mechanical works as per CPWD specifications
  6. Additional works as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge
 Pre-Qualification Criteria (PQC)
1. Technical Eligibility
  1. Experience in warehouse/godown/industrial building construction
  2. Must have completed similar works in the last 7 years:
    1. 1 work ≥ ₹248.29 lakh OR
    2. 2 works ≥ ₹155.18 lakh each OR
    3. 3 works ≥ ₹124.14 lakh each
2. Financial Eligibility
  1. Average annual turnover (last 3 years): ₹93.11 lakh minimum
  2. Construction turnover (any one year): ₹620.72 lakh
  3. Net worth: ₹31.04 lakh minimum OR solvency ₹124.14 lakh
  4. Positive profit in at least 3 out of last 5 years
3. Eligibility Conditions
  1. Must be a legal entity (Company/Firm/Proprietor)
  2. GST, PAN mandatory
  3. No blacklist/debarment history
  4. Joint ventures not allowed
