  3. Experience benchmarks:
    1. 3 projects of ≥40% value, OR
    2. 2 projects of ≥50% value, OR
    3. 1 project of ≥80% value of estimated cost
Eligibility Criteria
  1. Bidder must have:
    1. Proven experience in similar services
    2. Technical capability as per ATC document
  2. MSE & Startup Relaxation Available:
    1. Experience relaxation: up to 2 years
    2. Turnover relaxation: up to ₹200 Lakhs

  1. Minimum Average Annual Turnover (last 3 years): ₹500 Lakhs
  2. Audited financial statements or CA certificate required
